Our Pet Policy

• West Haven Apartments allows dogs and cats
• West Haven welcomes pets upon approval
• There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
• We do not accept any restricted breeds including, but not limited to, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Chows, Akitas, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, or any non-domestic dogs or any mix of these breeds. Please see the leasing office for additional breeds not allowed.

Pet Fees

• 1 pet: $300 pet fee with a $25 monthly pet rent
• 2 pets: $500 pet fee with a $50 monthly pet rent
